Ergodesign of unmanned aviation systems regulatory support
The need to develop modern standards in the field of ergonomic design and their harmonization with international regulatory documents becomes obvious due to the need to standardize the processes of regulating activities and their results in the production and technical, economic, social and other spheres of relations in all developed countries, in particular EU member states, which actually determines the scientific and applied significance of these issues. To identify and characterize the specifics and main aspects of regulatory ergonomic design support for the creation of unmanned aviation systems. The need to intensify the development of fundamentally new standards became extremely relevant in the 20th century due to the signing of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union. Most experts on this issue called one of the main problems of the Agreement the inconsistency of Ukraine's regulatory framework with current regulatory international and EU documents.Meanwhile, work on ergonomic design standardization has been actively underway in Ukraine since the late nineties of the last century. Thus, the goal of the “Program of Comprehensive Standardization in the Field of Design and Ergonomics for 1997-2002”, developed and implemented by the Ukrainian Research Institute of Design and Ergonomics, was “the creation and development of a regulatory framework in the field of design and ergonomics, its harmonization with international standards, and the implementation of the requirements of European Union directives relating to this area”.
