At the current stage of the development of science and technology, there is a significant increase in the amount of data that characterize the properties of different objects. Timely data processing and results analysis can allow to make correct and reliable management decisions. In the general case, the statistical characteristics, in particular, the probability density function that describes the datasets are unknown a priori. A robust nonparametric approach should be used to process such data. Nonparametric methods make it possible to obtain a given level of decision-making efficiency regardless of the model and parameters of the probability density function. During the operation of radio equipment, nonparametric methods are proposed to be used in the event of a change in the technical condition of equipment and in case of a priori unknown laws of distribution for measured data. Therefore, this paper considers the task of synthesis and analysis of a nonparametric algorithm for detecting changes in the trend of the reliability parameter.
